眼貼型

用途：遮光(矯正)與眼睛保護

特性：膚色、透氣、完全遮光、低敏感材質，不留殘膠、更換不疼

　　　痛。左眼或右眼， 戴眼鏡者或無戴眼鏡者皆適用。附卡通貼

　　　紙，增加配戴趣味性。

材質：粘貼層-100% polyester non-woven coating zinc oxide.

　　　遮光層-100%cotton, hypoallergenic synthetic rubber adhesive.

規格：成人用 7 x 5.9公分/10片盒裝，100片盒裝

　　　兒童用6.5 x 5.4公分/10片盒裝，100片盒裝

使用方法：
1. 雙手洗淨後，將眼睛周圍拭擦乾淨；撕下產品粘貼層之保護紙。

2. 眼睛輕閉，將黑色較寬面貼於不需矯正或正常之眼睛，並輕壓固定
　即可。

敷料更換：
1. 敷料弄髒或粘性減少時需更換新敷料；若用於矯正時，則於晚上就

　寢時將敷料取下，第二日起床後再重新貼新的敷料。

2. 取下時，由鼻樑處向上慢慢撕下。

注意事項：
1. 本產品不得重覆使用。
2. 使用後若有過敏反應，應停止使用。
3. 使用期間需多久，請諮詢您的醫師。

眼罩型

Pro-ophta eye dressing mould themselves to the contours of the face. The hypoallergenic adhesive ensure reliable retention even in long-term treatment. The dressing are nevertheless easy to remove without leaving any residues.

Eye dressing S (透光用)

Elastic dressing with transparent, shaped disk. Mainly used following ptosis operations and lagophalmos as well as facial paralysis.

Eye dressing D(遮光用)

Elastic dressing with occlusive, shaped disc. To protect the eye following operations, in particular after ptosis operations, in cases of facial palsy as well as lagophthalmus, also to cover the eye during the night.

用途：ptosis operation、lagophthalmus、眼部外傷、 面部癱
　　　瘓或眼睛需長時間透光或遮光者之保護。

特性：由低敏、膚色、橫向彈性纖維製成，適合長期使用。符合臉
　　　部輪廓之設計，使用後透氣、密合。容易撕下，且不疼痛、
　　　不留殘膠。
